The Napa County Fair is seeking local artists to perform live demonstrations of their art or craft during the County Fair in Calistoga, July 1 – 4.
We are asking for a minimum of 1 hour of time. Artists can sign up for one shift on one day, or multiple shifts or days. Admission, parking, and space to demonstrate their art will be provided. Artists are welcome to have promotional materials on hand during their demonstration.
The Fair plans to create an on-going Arts in Action program that would include painters, potters, sculptors, weavers, and crafters of all types. Anyone interested in spending one hour or more demonstrating over the 4-day event are invited to contact Carlene Moore. While works will not be for sale, artists are encouraged to bring samples, printed materials, signage and business cards so Fair visitors can contact them.
